These Terms of Service govern your use of reelvanta.site and creative services provided under the Reel Vanta Creative brand by Reel Vanta Creative Inc., a Washington corporation with its principal office at 501 W Broadway Suite 800, San Diego, CA 92101, United States.

Acceptance

By accessing this website, requesting a quote, approving a proposal, or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. A signed proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement may include additional terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Services

Reel Vanta Creative provides creative production and related digital services described in individual proposals or statements of work. Project scope, deliverables, schedule, revision limits, dependencies, and acceptance requirements will be stated in writing. Delivery dates depend on timely client feedback, approvals, materials, and access. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised schedule and additional written approval.

Quotes & Payment

Quotes are based on the information available when issued and remain subject to the validity period stated in the quote. Fees, deposits, billing milestones, approved expenses, and payment deadlines will be identified in the applicable proposal or invoice. Unless disputed promptly and in good faith, invoices must be paid according to their stated terms. We may pause work or withhold final deliverables when payment is overdue. Client-requested cancellations or delays may result in charges for completed work, committed resources, and noncancelable expenses.

Client Materials & Usage Rights

You retain ownership of materials you provide, including logos, footage, images, copy, music, data, and brand assets. You grant us a limited license to use, edit, reproduce, and process those materials as necessary to perform the services. You represent that you have all permissions required for such use. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, we may display completed public-facing work in our portfolio and business presentations. You may withdraw that portfolio permission by contacting us in writing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive the ownership or usage rights expressly identified in the applicable proposal. Reel Vanta Creative Inc. retains ownership of pre-existing materials, internal methods, reusable tools, templates, concepts not selected, working files not designated as deliverables, and general skills or know-how. Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses. No rights are transferred by implication.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our website or services to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, misrepresent identity or authorization, interfere with website security, or create unlawful, deceptive, threatening, or abusive content. We may refuse, suspend, or terminate work that presents legal, security, or reputational risk.

Disclaimers

Services and this website are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Creative outcomes can depend on platforms, audiences, third-party services, and client decisions outside our control. We do not warrant uninterrupted website availability or that every deliverable will meet unstated expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reel Vanta Creative Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, business opportunities, goodwill, or anticipated benefits. Our aggregate liability arising from a specific engagement will not exceed the amount paid to us for that engagement during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our services must be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue.

Changes

We may revise these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the website or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
